5+ years of experience in software development.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and server-side logic.
Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka), PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
Proven team leadership and collaboration in cross-functional environments.
Solid front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JS/TS).
Conversational English and excellent communication skills.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
